Three generations of the McPhail family lived here until the present owner's bought and lovingly restored the house to it's present splendor.
		In 1910, the brick house as it is still standing today was built.
Built in 1900, the McPhail family began construction of a 1.5   story wooden structure which is affectionately called the "back kitchen."
